Paper Clip: Irony, Daily Science, PotD

Hello, audience!  Yes, I'm still alive.  Sorry about my absence.  But hey, I'll make it up to you.  I will share with you the most interesting thing that has EVER happened to me.  I think it's the irony of it that just cuts through you like a knife made out of sodium chloride and dripped in lemon juice.

Where I work, we have hand-sanitizer pumps by the register.  So, after I was assembling some Icee cups, I decided to kill those pesky little germs.  Let's just say that something much bigger and peskier than those little bastards came through the white pump.  I don't know what it was, exactly, but it had the shape of a beetle and color of a cockroach.  Its little feet tickled and terrified me as it died and fell of my palm.  Needless to say, I couldn't do anything but stare at my hand in bewilderment.

What do you think, Newton?

"Well, Paper Clip, I think that...  Wait, do you even need me to make a joke about this?"

Shut it, Newton.  But you're right.
